Holidays are now a memory and all the European championships will return in the field, except for the Bundesliga which is hibernating until later this month. The analysis and tips for as these first weeks of 2009 will not be easy.

The month of January is one of the most difficult for those who make sports tips betting: many teams have lost the form and is not easy to be able to understand what they are and if they can return to play at the levels of before the break. We followed directly the training of some teams to steal some indication as often seeing the players in the field gives you the understanding much more than reading the news on the various newspapers. But be beware, January is not an easy month.

I would not like to be pessimistic but the first month of the year is similar to August or May which are terrible months for the tips on football as teams sometimes act as splinters crazy. Remember that when you bet this weekend your stake should be minimum to limit the damage in case something will go wrong.

Having said that, I see the glass half full: we did our 'home work' during the holidays and we are prepared. We have given 200% and prepare more thoroughly than normal to try to minimize any unpleasant surprises. We are ready for everything then.

The next step is to sit and wait for the results in the hope that 2009 is just like 2008: great! Have fun and I am sure that you were missing the absence of the weekly dose of adrenaline: you are served.
