Finally, SIS Set to Acquire Newcastle, Sunderland greyhound stadiums
Finally, NewCastle and Sunderland greyhound stadiums are set to be acquired by SIS, the industry horse and greyhound racing content supplier. They will acquire the stadiums from William Hill.
It is not just a rumor. The acquisition has been confirmed this morning. The SIS uppers stated about their commitment to broaden their expertise in such competitive greyhound racing for the prospectable future.
SIS broadcast systems will be integrated with the Tyne & Wear. This conducts the relation between the stadia with the firm’s portfolio of rights from Romford, Hove, Crayford, and Monmore. The punters of NewCastle and Sunderland will have a great time because they will be able to watch in-venue streams from SIS UK and content which is syndicated internationally.
Regarding to this matter, Gary Smith as SIS CEO also noted his excitement: “The acquisition of Newcastle and Sunderland is very exciting for us and our customers and strengthens our position as a distributor of high-quality pictures and data for greyhound racing.”
Despite of the change of the owners, Smith literally detailed that SIS will keep the high standards set by William Hill although they have the right in changing the structure of the stadia. William Hill gave his nod to Smith’s statement, stating that the firm has found the right buyers for greyhound competitive venues.
It is not a new thing anymore that Newcastle and Sunderland greyhound stadia are ones of the best in the industry. William Hill stated that he was proud to give these for the new capable owners.
